Narancia Ghirga is one of the team’s core members under Bucciarati’s leadership. He is 17 in the story and commands a Stand named Aerosmith — a small fighter plane capable of ranged attacks. What the anime made equally prominent is his relationship with food. One scene in which he sings “Pizza Mozzarella” in front of a pizza became a defining fan moment for the character, spreading across social media platforms and growing inseparable from Narancia’s identity in online communities. His backstory is more complicated — a difficult early life and an unconditional loyalty to his teammates — but it is that warmth and humor that tends to land first.

Ichiban Kuji and the Prize J System

Ichiban Kuji is Bandai’s flagship character lottery brand, sold at convenience stores — primarily Lawson — as well as hobby shops and bookstores across Japan. Each themed release is organized into prize tiers labeled A through the lower alphabet. Participants pay a fixed price per draw and receive whichever prize corresponds to their ticket, working through the available stock tier by tier.

This plate is a Prize J item. J-tier prizes occupy the mid-to-lower range of Ichiban Kuji’s structure, where a larger number of units per lot are typically allocated. Prize J in this series contains eight variations, though whether each features a distinct character or a shared format with design differences cannot be confirmed from the available product information alone. Because Ichiban Kuji is sold exclusively through Japanese domestic channels, items from a completed series become unavailable through standard retail once stock runs out.

Why the Pizza-Slice Shape Is Not Accidental

The plate itself is a triangular, pizza-slice-shaped piece of white porcelain. It is printed with Narancia Ghirga’s illustration alongside Italian food motifs — pizza, mushrooms, farfalle pasta, blood orange, and basil — that connect directly to both the Italian setting of Golden Wind and the character’s love of food. It comes in a windowed box and is manufactured in China.

The decision to make the plate literally pizza-slice-shaped ties back to the “Pizza Mozzarella” scene and its continuing presence on Reddit, Twitter/X, and TikTok in a way a standard round plate would not. JoJo Part 5 attracted a global audience through international streaming services, and Narancia is a character who has earned strong emotional investment from fans across many markets — partly because of the humor of moments like that scene, and partly because of the deeper loyalty and hardship woven into his story.
