Arboliva is the final form of the Smoliv line (Grass/Normal type) and serves in the anime as the partner of Liko’s grandmother, a researcher who figures prominently in the new series’ backstory. The listing also suggests a character from the Sprigatito evolutionary line may be among the six designs, though this has not been independently confirmed.
