The Hammer Raise Buckle comes from Kamen Rider Geats, the 33rd entry in Toei’s Kamen Rider franchise — a tokusatsu hero series that has aired in Japan every year since 1971, based on original concepts by manga artist Shotaro Ishinomori. Geats ran on TV Asahi from August 2022 to August 2023, built around a survival-game premise called the Desire Grand Prix, in which multiple Riders compete using interchangeable buckles fitted into a transformation belt called the Desire Driver.

That buckle-swap system sits at the core of the series. Riders are not locked into a single form: the Raise Buckles — cylindrical, color-coded, each built around a distinct motif — become the visual and mechanical vocabulary of the show. The Hammer Raise Buckle is one such item, finished in vivid magenta and black. In the series’ fiction, it slots into the Desire Driver to unlock a corresponding power form.
